Registration Information and Program

Dear colleagues and friends,

NACAL 45 is now a month away!  Here is a link to the most recent version of the program.

INFORMATION ABOUT PRESENTATIONS

Each paper will be 20 min (presenter) + 7 min (questions/discussion) in length. Time will be strictly enforced as we will have parallel sessions. Please plan your paper accordingly. A powerpoint projector will be available. Presenters are required to photocopy handouts themselves (40 copies minimum are recommended). A copy machine is available at the university for a reasonable cost. We ask participants to load their powerpoints onto the university computer during the break before their session.

REGISTRATION

Registration for NACAL 45 must be done on the first day before the conference at 8:30am in the Lipsius building (see below). Registration costs 50 euros and 30 euros for students, retired faculty, and those from soft-currency countries and includes access to the conference dinner.  Fees must be paid in cash (euros).

LOCATION

NACAL 45 will be held in the Lipsius building on the Leiden University campus, rooms 003 and 005.

CONFERENCE DINNER

Registered participants are invited to the conference dinner, which will be held on Saturday evening in the Arsenaal building (https://www.universiteitleiden.nl/en/locations/arsenaal-building).  We plan on an Indonesian buffet; there will be a vegan option.  Please let us know if you have any dietary restrictions.

There will be an informal social at the Pakhuis (https://www.pakhuisleiden.nl/) on the 8th of June at 8pm for thirsty participants arriving early.
